A quick disclaimer. While we mentioned earlier that I am a Town Justice in East Hampton, I am also a Village Justice in Sag Harbor. This website is not about that – and it can’t be. As a Judge, there are strict rules that I must follow and talking about my job and the cases before me is strictly prohibited.  And while we truly want feedback from our subscribers and welcome their input, all comments at our website will be screened by someone other than me. Any comments that are made that relate to my positions as a Judge, will be deleted and not responded to, and they will not be shared with me.  So please, let’s keep the comments on topic.
